Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement applies to any recurring subscription plan (such as our Squish Club monthly toy box) offered by Kidse Toys, a DBA of Global Trade Alliance LLC. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. How Subscriptions Work

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) at the price and interval shown at sign-up. Each billing cycle, we ship the applicable toy box or product to your address on file.

2. Billing & Automatic Renewal

• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• You will be charged the then-current subscription price plus any applicable taxes and shipping.
• We will send a receipt for each charge to your email on file.
• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until payment is resolved.

3. Pricing Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before you are charged the new amount.

4. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel, pause, or skip a shipment at any time before your next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us at support@kidsetoys.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Charges already processed for a shipped box are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping

Subscription boxes ship according to our Fulfillment Policy. Please keep your shipping and payment information up to date to avoid delays.

6. Product Substitutions

Subscription contents are curated and may vary between cycles. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value based on availability. Specific characters or themes are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

7. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any subscription for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, or violation of our Terms. If we cancel your subscription without cause, we will refund any prepaid amount for undelivered boxes.
