Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

This Fulfillment Policy describes how Kidse Toys (a DBA of Global Trade Alliance LLC) processes, ships, and delivers your orders.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
• You'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Any applicable taxes are also calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
• Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect timing.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where carriers allow. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at help@kidsetoys.com.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. For packages lost in transit or arriving damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.

8. Split Shipments

Occasionally, items in a large or bundle order may ship separately to get your toys to you faster. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.
