How do I rent?
It’s simple. |

1. Become our member by choosing a membership plan that is right for you.
2 .Select the toys that you would like to rent
3. Choose two optional days for delivery depending on your availability
4. The toys will be delivered within few days |

How do I become a member?
In order to become a member, you have to select a membership plan that is right for you and it will direct you to a sign up page where you must complete the required sections. |

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit card, or master card payment. For more information on other types of payments, please contact us. |

How do I get new rental toys once I am done with current ones?
Once the 30 days usage period has ended, you can choose the new toys from our website to receive the next shipment. |

What if I only want to rent toys for a couple of days?
Sorry, you can’t rent toys for a couple of days (or less than a month). We rent toys through membership plan where you have to commit to a minimum of three months contract. |

How are the rental toys delivered to me?
The toys are delivered to your door by our Kids e-Toys staff. |

Do you do deliveries? If so, what are the charges?
Yes, we personally deliver the toys to your door and there is no extra charge for the delivery. The delivery and pick up charges are included in your monthly membership fees. |

What is your delivery and pickup time?
When you select the toys you want to rent on our website, you will be required to select two optional days of delivery depending on your availability. Our standard time for delivery and pickup is evening time (between 5 p.m.-9 p.m.) during weekdays and daytime (between 9 a.m – 5 p.m.) during weekends. |

Can I extend my rental period?
As a friendly reminder, we will send you an email a few days before the usage period ends. If you choose to keep the toys, you may do that. Based on your contract, the basic monthly fee will still be charged on your Payment Method. |

Can I cancel my membership? If so, is there any cancellation fee?
You may cancel the membership any time after having met your contract period. If you wish to cancel the membership before fulfilling the 3, 6 or 12 months contract, the company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. If you are cancelling 3 months contract, the cancellation fee is $25. If you are cancelling 6 months contract, the cancellation fee is $35. If you are cancelling 12 months contract, the cancellation fee is $50. All items/toys must be returned to avoid any additional charges. |

How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your contract by contacting Kids e-Toys by email or phone. Upon cancellation, you are required to give two optional days to pick up any outstanding rental toys by Kids e-Toys staff. Failure to collect such rentals will result in your Payment Method being billed for the retail cost of such items. We will send you a reminder email concerning unreturned toys prior to charging your Payment Method. |

Does the rental period have to start at the beginning of the month?
Your rental period starts on the date when your membership is created |

How should the rented toys be handled?
It is the responsibility of our members to treat our toys gently and keep them in the best shape. The members must adhere to our policies regarding taking care of our toys. Please don’t allow your children to handle our toys with water unless they are bath time toys. Our toys are not for use in mud, sand or dirt. Our toys should not be handled with food unless the toy is a high chair toy. The members are expected to clean any toys with visible dirt or food before requesting pick up of our toys. |

What do I do if I lose a piece to a toy?
If you lose a piece of our toy, you have 15 days to find and return the missing piece as long as you are a member. In the event you are unable to find the missing piece, you will incur a missing parts fee between $5-$10 depending on the cost of that toy. Please feel free to contact us if you are missing a piece to a toy and we are happy to work with you. |

Can I buy the toy that I have rented?
Please e-mail us with the detail of you toy you would like to buy and we will give you a special price, which will be 10% off from the retail price. Once you approve our price, your Payment Method will be charged and the toy will be removed from your online toy list. |

How the toys will be collected when I am not extending my membership plan?
You are required to send us an email few days prior to your contract ends to notify us to cancel your membership plan. When you send that email, you are required to give two optional days to pick up any outstanding rental toys by Kids e-Toys staff. Failure to collect such rentals will result in your Payment Method being billed for the retail cost of such items. We will send you a reminder email concerning unreturned toys prior to charging your Payment Method. |

Why do you have an optional section that asks for my child’s name and date of birth?
We use the information only to send birthday wishes from Kids e-Toys to your child. You can choose to not provide this information. |

Can I keep the toys for longer than one month?
You can keep the toys for longer than one month, as long as you are a member with us. |

What happens if I forget my username and password?
You can send us an email from your username email address and we will give you the password. |

Can I change my order?
You can change your order before the delivery by sending us an email. You can’t change your order after the toys are delivered because we deliver only one shipment per month. |

Do you have party plans?
We cater for birthday parties and family gathering. We offer three different party plans which varies in toys between 10-20 toys. We have a form under “e-Membership plan” link which you can complete and send it to us. We will deliver the toys on the day of your party and will collect them on the same day. The payment will be collected when we deliver the toys. Please note that we only accept cash or cheque for payment. |

Do you sanitize your toys?
We sanitize our toys using a 100% All Natural, Organic cleaning product that is approved by Environment Canada. Our toys are cleaned before and after being rented to our members. When our toys are being cleaned, we inspect them for safety and durability. We will discard any unsafe, broken or questionable toys. Once our toys are thoroughly sanitized, we shrink-wrap them before delivering to our members. |

Do you check the toys for Lead?
Our toys are tested for Lead by using Top Lead Test Kit from Lead Inspector. (www.leadinspector.com) |

Do I have to clean the toys before returning them?
Yes, you have to clean any toys that are heavily soiled. If a toy is returned to us with heavily soiled – for example messed with any food residuals or messed with sand or dirt may result in any additional cleaning fee of $5 per soiled toy. Should a toy that has been returned by a member is unable to clean it in order to keep it in our rental program by our staff, the toy will be returned back to the customer. The customer is will be invoiced for the wholesale cost of the toy plus the delivery charge of $5.
Are the toys delivered with batteries?
Yes, the toys are loaded with fresh batteries when they are delivered to our members. If a battey dies while the member has the toy, we do not replace it. |

What if the toy I have ordered is broken or faulty?
Our staff will confirm the conditions of the toys with our members when they deliver. In the event they are unable to do this, you must report to us within 2 days of receiving it by email. We will deliver a replacement toy for the broken or faulty toy. |

Do I need to keep the box you deliver the toys in?
Yes. You may flatten your box and slide it under a bed or behind a dresser to store while you are enjoying your toys |
